We want you to feel the OO! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unworn footwear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select your return reason.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to print and attach to your package.

• 3.
  Pack Your OOFOS

  Place your unworn footwear in the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box and ensure the package is securely sealed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed at our warehouse.
